  • Interested in our modelling assignments that supports our land development projects? Check out how JLR developed innovative modelling by developing a water budget analysis carried out using PCSWMM where a long-term simulation of hourly precipitation and temperature was used to assess the hydrological cycle. The analysis identified the design capture of a Low Impact Development (LID) measure to preserve groundwater recharge to the esker. Also see the PCSWMM analysis that was carried out along the sanitary system in a large community in the Kanata West area. This sanitary sewer analysis was required given that a sanitary overflow was incorporated into one of the wet ponds to confirm that basement protection during a catastrophic failure of the downstream Pumping Station could be provided.
