Job description

We currently have over 150 childcare centers across Canada & the USA and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the company!

Responsibilities :

  • Support childrens emotional physical or behavioural wellbeing; while helping to develop their social emotional cognitive and physical skills.
  • Maintain attendance and health and safety checks.
  • Work with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping
  • Implement an Emergent Curriculum
  • Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
  • Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops

Specifications :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with children parents and coworkers.
  • Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation reporting and classroom operations
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Ability to take the initiative in and out of the classroom
  • Strong problemsolving skills

    • Qualifications :

  • Registered ECE with the province of Manitoba
  • Clear Criminal reference check
  • Child Abuse certificate
  • Valid Standard child care First Aid and CPR
  • Immunization records up to date
  • Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 pounds
