Main Interfaces Reports to the Head of Supply Chain. Interacts continuously with broader Canada and EMEAA Supply Chain teams. Regular interactions with Canadian Leadership Team and functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing). Liaises with breweries, customers, partners and suppliers toward achievement of high levels of customer service and KPI delivery. Sits on & participates in relevant Canada and EMEAA teams and forums. Key Purpose Statement The Customer Demand Planner is accountable for ensuring robust, assumption based, Demand Plans are generated for Canada. Direct responsibility for high levels of customer service to Canadian customers, working closely with Supply Planning colleagues. Strong relationships across multiple functions as well as our customers will be essential. Also accountable for ensuring supply chain operations are aligned with the commercial teams, mutual supply chain costs are optimised and opportunities for service enhancements are delivered. This role will work closely with Canadian branches, so will require working to their time zones 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Ensure that demand plans are in place across various planning horizons (13-week, rolling 18 months and 3-year plan) at the relevant SKU hierarchy for a set of customers. Drive collaborative planning processes both internally and externally especially around New products. Influence and obtain cross functional volume consensus across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Customers (where appropriate) using insight led analysis to demonstrate trends, performance and future expectations. Balance delivering excellent customer service levels whilst maintaining appropriate inventory to hit inventory value targets. Generate the best possible demand forecast for Canada in collaboration with our Commercial and Finance teams and insights from International Supply Chain Analysts. Ensure appropriate systems disciplines are fully utilised, including, but not exclusive to, Statistical Forecasting, history cleansing, segmentation etc. Monitor actual orders against demand forecast, speedily investigate significant variances, understand root causes and impact across wider Supply Chain. Coordinate the monthly Demand Review process for Canada and volume forecast updates throughout the year (Budgets, Profit Forecasts PFs, International Business Plan). Provide overviews of latest volumes performance versus targets to Commercial and Finance teams. Work closely with the International Supply Chain Analysts and Commercial Teams to influence operational behaviours of our customers to optimise joint supply chain practices (e.g. order management, forecasting) Demonstrate high personal integrity to develop / manage customer relationships.
