CES Energy Solutions is a dynamic and growing North American oilfield services company listed on the TSX as CEU with revenue of over $2 billion. It is one of the largest providers of production chemicals and drilling fluid systems and is focused on being the leading provider of technically advanced chemical solutions throughout the life cycle of the oilfield.CES Energy Solutions is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of IT Support Analyst. This full-time, permanent position is in Calgary, Alberta and reports directly to the Director of Information Technology.Responsibilities : Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person visits.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on primarily Windows operating systems.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in identifying and resolving technical issues.Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.Document technical procedures and configurations.Collaborate with other team members within the group to resolve IT problems.Take ownership of projects and work independently to complete them.Provide a high level of customer service and ensure employee satisfaction.Complete all other duties as required.Necessary Qualifications : A diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Must be eligible to work in Canada.The ideal candidate will have : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.The ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple priorities.A positive and professional attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Cloud Microsoft Office suite, and remote access tools.Experience with desktop hardware and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.Availability to work on-call and outside regular business hours as needed.Experience in an IT support or help desk role is an asset.Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.CES Energy Solutions offers our employees a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
