Constructively challenge sponsors and owners to ensure prioritization, alignment, and consistency in decision-making.
Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communication
Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, Finance, HR) and external vendors or partners.
Drive clear, concise, and results-oriented communication across all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Anticipate organizational challenges and proactively adjust plans to protect program objectives.
Execution & Delivery Acceleration
Remove roadblocks quickly, clarify expectations, and maintain momentum when teams slow down.
Translate strategy into concrete, measurable execution plans.
Monitor performance using KPIs, dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify structural risks early and propose pragmatic, actionable solutions.
Facilitate trade-offs and support fast, aligned decision-making.
Bring structure to ambiguity and turn ideas into executable steps.
Change Management & Adoption
Partner with change management teams to ensure successful adoption through communications, training, readiness planning, and phased deployments.
Prepare clear and impactful executive-level communications and materials.
Financial Tracking & Performance
Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and support investment justification.
Prepare weekly executive program updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in management, technology, engineering, or a related field.
7–8 years of experience in program management or complex project delivery, ideally in digital, operational, or technological transformation.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or fast-paced operational environments is a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
Personal Attributes
Ability to challenge sponsors and owners with diplomacy and managerial courage.
Comfortable presenting to, influencing, and negotiating with C-suite executives.
