You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the safety and success of various events, concerts, and gatherings. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Offer security services for a wide range of events, including concerts and gatherings.
Smartly prioritize the safety and welfare of both event participants and staff.
Perform comprehensive security screenings and examine bags diligently.
Smartly handle and regulate personnel’s access control and authentication.
React and address security incidents promptly as they occur.
Form partnerships with event coordinators and community officials.
Keep a professional and friendly attitude.
Provide support in creating and executing security strategies.
Monitor surveillance equipment and notify authorities of any anomalies or abnormalities detected.
Establish a safe and pleasant environment for all individuals involved.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Having a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is beneficial, and possessing security training would be advantageous.

Prior experience in event security or similar positions.

Highly effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Being able to maintain composure and make confident decisions in intense and demanding scenarios.

Expertise in managing large groups and skill in resolving conflicts.

A legitimate security license and proper first aid / CPR certification.

Smart understanding of event security local laws and regulations.

Being open to working at different times, such as evenings and weekends.

Outstanding skills in problem-solving and making informed decisions.

A deep commitment to safeguarding and enhancing the well-being and satisfaction of individuals attending an event.
