Lieu : Kahnawake Présentation du rôle Nous recherchons des Managers expérimentés pour superviser des opérations à fort volume de transactions monétaires. Ce poste requiert précision financière, compétences en leadership et supervision opérationnelle. Les candidats peuvent provenir des secteurs de la banque, de la gestion en restauration, de l’hôtellerie ou d’industries connexes où la gestion des équipes et des transactions financières constitue une responsabilité clé. Les Managers sont responsables de la supervision de 10 à 15 employés par quart, garantissant une gestion financière précise, le respect des politiques internes et le bon déroulement des opérations. Responsabilités clés
  • Superviser les opérations impliquant argent liquide, crédits et autres transactions.
  • Superviser, planifier et diriger les membres de l’équipe.
  • Assurer le respect des contrôles internes et des procédures opérationnelles.
  • Effectuer des rapprochements quotidiens et gérer d’importants soldes de trésorerie.
  • Prévenir la fraude, le vol et les erreurs opérationnelles.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes sécurité, comptabilité et autres équipes internes.
  • Participer aux programmes de formation initiaux (1 semaine) et à la formation pratique continue.
  • Identifier les opportunités pour optimiser les processus et améliorer l’efficacité de l’équipe.
  • Se former aux opérations de base pour comprendre et soutenir l’équipe avant d’assumer l’ensemble des responsabilités managériales.
Qualifications et compétences
  • Expérience en management dans la banque, la restauration, l’hôtellerie ou des secteurs similaires.
  • Grande précision financière et intégrité ; rapidité et exactitude dans la manipulation de l’argent.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de équipes de 10 à 15 employés par quart.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement à volume élevé et rythmé.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à améliorer les processus opérationnels.
  • Bilingue (anglais et français) souhaité ; communication efficace requise.
  • Réussir un test de mathématiques lors du processus d’entrevue.
Formation et développement de carrière
  • Formation initiale : Programme intensif d’une semaine (lundi à vendredi, en journée).
  • Formation en poste : Horaire flexible aligné avec les heures de management futures.
  • Évolution de carrière : Opérations de base → Superviseur → Manager.
  • Formation continue disponible pour soutenir le développement professionnel.
Horaires et rémunération
  • Types de quart : Quart du soir : Début entre 12h et 18h ; 8–10 heures ; salaire initial 55 000 $ pendant la formation, jusqu’à 65 000 $ après 3 mois. Quart de nuit : Début entre 18h et 22h ; 8–10 heures ; salaire initial 60 000 $ pendant la formation, jusqu’à 70 000 $ après 3 mois.
  • Salaire payé en espèces ; les employés sont responsables de déclarer leurs revenus. Revenu annuel équivalent estimé avant impôts : 75 000 $ – 110 000 $+, selon le quart et la performance.
  • Le poste implique de longues périodes debout et de déplacements.
  • Vacances : 3 semaines par an.
  • Repas : Un repas gratuit par quart.

Manager
Location: Khanawake Role Overview We are seeking experienced Managers to oversee high-volume cash operations. This role requires financial accuracy, leadership skills, and operational oversight. Candidates may come from banking, food & beverage management, hospitality, or related industries where managing people and cash transactions is a key responsibility. Managers are responsible for supervising 10–15 staff per shift, ensuring accurate financial handling, compliance with internal policies, and smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations involving cash, credits, and transactional items.
  • Supervise, schedule, and lead team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and manage large cash balances.
  • Prevent fraud, theft, and operational errors.
  • Collaborate with security, accounting, and other internal teams.
  • Participate in initial training programs (1 week) and ongoing on-the-job training.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Train in entry-level operations to understand and support the team before assuming full management responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Management experience in banking, food & beverage, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong financial accuracy and integrity; fast and precise with cash handling.
  • Experience managing teams of 10–15 employees per shift.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve operational processes.
  • Bilingual (English & French) preferred; effective communication required.
  • Must successfully pass a math assessment during the interview process.
Training & Career Development
  • Initial Training: One-week intensive program (Monday–Friday, daytime).
  • On-the-job training: Flexible schedule aligned with eventual management hours.
  • Career progression: Entry-level operations → Supervisor → Manager.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Shift types: Evening Shift: 12PM – 6PM start; – 8–10 hours; starting salary $55K during training, up to $65K after 3 months. Overnight Shift: 6PM – 10PM start; 8–10 hour shift; starting salary $60K during training, up to $70K after 3 months.
  • Salary is paid in cash; employees are responsible for reporting income. Estimated equivalent annual income before taxes: $75K–$110K+, depending on shift and performance.
  • Work involves long periods of standing and walking.
  • Vacation: 3 weeks per year.
  • Meals: One complimentary meal per shift.
