Assignment: Effective immediately up to June 26, 2026. 7 hours a day, 5 days a week Site and Location Board Wide Position Incumbent is required to travel to various board locations, mileage is compensated About the ALCDSB The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board serves approximately 12,000 students, employs over 1,400 full-time equivalent staff, and covers a geographical area of more than 16,000 square kilometers (Whitney in the North, Picton in the South, Trenton in the West, and Kingston in the East). Position Summary: The Registered Behaviour Analyst provides a range of assessments, consultation, and intervention programs and services; collaborates with Student Services and school teams to provide ongoing consultation and capacity building; acts as liaison with school teams, community agencies, and families; and develops and supports board-wide initiatives. What you bring to the team: Master's Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Education Registered Membership in the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts in Ontario Three years of clinical experience and two years supervisory experience working with children and youth with diverse needs Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working within a multidisciplinary team Experience working within a school board or school setting Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle in order to travel and provide service throughout the district; The Board is seeking candidates who demonstrate the following core competencies: Communication Shares and receives information and ideas in a variety of ways and adapts to the needs of the audience to ensure the message is understood.
