Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to manage administrative and clerical responsibilities for a large construction / development company in the city of Toronto.

You will handle a variety of administrative tasks and oversee essential accounting functions. and managing data entry and document management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, specifically Quickbooks .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
  • Support the team with construction administration tasks as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and document filing.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications :

  • Must have administrative assistant experience with Quickbooks.
  • Prior experience in construction administration is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
