The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all facets of manufacturing operations within a dynamic electronics production environment. This individual will drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who ensures efficient production, high-quality output, cost optimization, and alignment with business goals. This role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in shaping the company’s growth, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Operations Leadership

• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Align manufacturing capabilities with evolving market demands, emerging technologies, and corporate objectives.
• Lead operational readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring manufacturability and seamless production ramp-up.
