Our priority is to make sure we hire professional Inside Sales Representative that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are :

Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service discontinuance or changes inservice.

Accepting payments from customers researchingcustomer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.

Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements resolve problems or complaints and seeks cost-effective safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.

Sourcing new business opportunities

Enter intelligence gathered into our ARES and Trux systems for future follow up.

Working with operations and administrative staff in a team environment but must be capable of working independently.

Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work with sales team to call on all sales campaigns / promotions new service launch and other sales related initiatives

What We Need From You :

Experience in high-volume Inside Sales / Customer Servicepreferred

Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
