Authorizes and monitors daily trade transactions within TE2000, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
It tracks payments, monitors past due bills, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Examines trade documents and verifies daily reports, maintaining accurate records.
Provides help desk support to customers and facilitates on-the-job training for subordinates.
Conducts self-audits and performs regular physical balancing of financial records.
Managerial :
Maintain high staff morale and motivation by promoting bank values and standards.
Provide comprehensive training to develop staff expertise.
Ensure the delivery of excellent service to both internal and external clients.
Implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks within trade operations.
Effectively resolve all process-related trade issues.
Requirements :
Relevant Bachelor's Degree in :
Business Studies / Administration / Management
Finance / Accountancy / Banking
Economics
Commerce
Or equivalent
Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
At least 5 years experience in Trade Operations
