Starting Rate of Pay : $19.40 per hour

Position : Dietary Aide, 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm

Status : Permanent, Part-Time Vacancy

Reports to : Food Service Manager

The Dietary Aide provides support to the setup, preparation, serving and cleaning associated with all meal services in the Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring food is handled in a safe manner, including proper storage and labeling
• Assisting cooks in basic food preparation
• Executing proper food service in relation to internal and external guidelines and protocols
• Serving meals according to Resident diet orders
• Washing, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining room
