WHAT ARE THE EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS?
- Schedule : Between 0 and 20 hours, varying day and weekend shifts
- Status : Unionized, casual
- Dates : From now until January 4, 2026, with the possibility of extension until June 20, 2026
- Salary : $23.94 (Class 4)
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE ON THE EDUCATION TEAM?
You’ll coordinate educators’ schedules, tasks, and assignments to ensure smooth delivery of educational activities.You’ll monitor the quality of service through observation and regular follow-ups, while supporting your team daily.You’ll organize educator participation in special projects and events, in collaboration with internal and external partners.You’ll ensure the transmission of essential information, compliance with procedures, and proper management of tools and equipment.You’ll contribute to onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of educators, while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education : College diplomaExperience : 18 months of experience in staff coordination, 1 year of experience in facilitation or managing an educational / facilitation team and 1 year of customer service experienceSuccessful completion of the management potential assessmentLanguage : Advanced English (Level 2)Skills : Excellent interpersonal communication, Priority management, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Active listening and feedbackComputer Skills : Intermediate knowledge of MS Office SuiteThe Company is committed to an employment equity program and invites applications from women, visible minorities, Aboriginal people and persons with disabilities.
