Job Description

Job Overview : As an IT Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through significant IT changes, ensuring these transitions are smoothly implemented, minimizing disruption and driving positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for analyzing data to propose strategic plans for workplace changes, and providing the tools and methodologies to implement these changes effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, IT systems, and project management, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Strategic Planning and Analysis :

Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement or change. Develop strategic plans for implementing workplace changes, focusing on technology updates, system integrations, and the adoption of new IT solutions.

Collaborate with IT leadership to align change management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Change Management and Implementation :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT change management programs. Utilize change management methodologies to manage the human aspects of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the change process.

Tool and Resource Development :

Provide tools, resources, and training materials to support change implementation. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

Leadership and Collaboration :

Serve as a key advisor to senior management on issues related to IT change management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.

Work closely with project managers, IT professionals, and business leaders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to change.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g.

ITIL, Change Management) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in IT change management, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
