Rogers Customer Service Sales Representative will :
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service changes, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Listen actively to customer needs and recommend Rogers’ telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and features to help them get the most out of their services.
- Process service activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
