Rogers Customer Service Sales Representative will :

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, service changes, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and recommend Rogers’ telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Educate customers on new products, promotions, and features to help them get the most out of their services.
  • Process service activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.

Successful candidate is someone who has :

  • A passion for customer service and helping people find the right solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a positive, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and de-escalate concerns professionally.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is an asset but not required.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
