Join us as a Managing Editor!

Legend is hiring for Managing Editors due to growth. Youll be reporting directly to our Publishing Leadership. This roles will support our Content team to expand and optimise our growing sites across North America Europe and beyond. Youll be working on English-language markets.

You will lead a world-class team of a couple of highly specialised Content Managers overseeing a larger team of skilled editors circa 10. Some of these teams are established and some youll be -own the content journey of thousands of users and build a long-term sustainable strategy that keeps us ahead of the competition. Help our users. What Youll Positively Impact :

• Full ownership of content quality across your markets.
• Mentoring nurturing and coaching your team to drive their performance ensuring they deliver at pace and to standard.
• KPI tracking and accountability embedding metrics into daily work.
• Operational excellence in task planning commitments and OKRs.
• Workflow optimisations including BAU streams AI opportunities and content freshness strategies.
• Work closely with our Content Managers to ensure Best In Class content is shipped this could be through developing SEO guides aligning best practices or getting hands-on to suggest improvements.
