Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience implementing, upgrading, or supporting enterprise application technologies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing, testing, documenting, and implementing software applications.
- Minimum 5 years (within the last 10 years) reviewing functional requirements and specifications and providing advice.
- Minimum 10 years performing application support, including troubleshooting, reporting to management, and liaising with business and end-user clients.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience (within the last 5 years) reviewing functional requirements and providing expertise across multiple enterprise application technologies.Experience reviewing change requests, associated costs, and analyzing code and objects to determine functional fit.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Review functional and business requirements and provide expert advice on application functionality.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and detailed designs.Design, develop, test, document, implement, and review application code and configuration changes.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues; document findings and recommendations.Develop and modify screens, reports, interfaces, and data conversion processes.Perform application support activities, including defect resolution and user liaison.Review change requests, analyze associated costs, and assess code and object functional fit.Gather and analyze data to determine technical feasibility and support system design decisions.Build prototypes or working models to demonstrate technical or functional solutions.Produce technical documentation, manuals, procedures, and system artifacts.Transfer knowledge through documentation, demonstrations, and consultations.Provide regular status reporting and participate in ad-hoc meetings as required.Company Benefits & Culture
