Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen General Help candidate to join our dynamic team! This position is a- FULL TIME - 30 hours per week. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to serve our consumers.

• To acces the site you need to have a car or a transportation mode - No bus or transport are available.

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced candidate who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, you will be responsible for setting up catering carts ready for delivery, preparing the necessary cold platter and sandwiches while following the instructions of the chef manager, guaranteeing the smooth running of the services. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate communication with other team members, always keeping your work area clean and ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management. You will be delivery and serving caterings where needed.

• Prep for the next shift, restock, set up catering carts and deliver when needed.
• Follow the food safety standards and the brand standards
• Help with the daily cleaning of dishes and pots/pans and designated areas
• Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor
• Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
• Excellent customer service

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 years related experience in this position is an asset, attention to detail, ability to work independently . You have strong organizational skills, adhere to company specifications, excellent customer service skills. You have a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit.
