I'm Nash, 29, mother of 2 crazy boys, with the boys getting older it's time for mama to get back into work full time, so looking for someone potentially to care for them full-time.Baker is 3 years old with a heart condition called Williams Syndrome causing motor skill delay. That being said, he's just beginning to try to speak sentences and sometimes hard to understand, but being 3 he just takes life into his own hands and gets what he "wants" (such as a snack or something from the counter which were learning we cannot do).He is pretty large for a regular 3 year old with power behind him, so tantrums can sometimes be a struggle.Carson is as easy as a cucumber, with starting to walk (just the few tumbles) he tries his hardest to escape any room. Sometimes baker does bully Carson (due to his delay) so be sure to watch.We have two dogs in our house as well, but have no problem putting them away as Baker can sometimes bully them. They are husky mix, vary loud but vary sweet.
