This is a unique hybrid opportunity working 2 days from the office and 3 days from home. In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction : Handle incoming calls and online inquiries, delivering professional and friendly assistance.Order Management : Accurately process customer orders and maintain detailed records.Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians.Quote and Invoice Management : Prepare, process, and follow up on quotes and invoices using QuickBooks.Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and schedules.Office Support : Assist management and team members with administrative tasks as needed.Software Use : Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day operations.Qualifications :
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience in electrical, plumbing, or service industries is an asset.Familiarity with online scheduling tools and CRM systems is a plusAre you interested in this position?
