Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Cornwall, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse remains organized and clean while assisting in stock management and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, including sweeping floors and dusting shelves.
• Organize and store stock efficiently to ensure accessibility.
• Retrieve items from shelves to fulfill orders accurately and promptly.
• Support inventory management by recording data and tracking stock levels.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle materials safely and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
• Perform general office functions as required, such as data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and streamline operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems such as ERP software.
• Basic knowledge of office functions and data entry processes.
• Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping functions is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills to support order accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
