BINX Professional Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated Evening Facilities Supervisor to join our team!

About the Role :

As an Evening Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our facilities, training new staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during evening operations.

Schedule :

  • Evening shifts start at 5 : 00 PM.
  • Weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements :

  • A valid G-class driver’s license
  • Access to a personal vehicle with insurance (vehicle allowance provided)
  • A clean criminal record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous cleaning experience and supervisory or management experience are mandatory

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform regular cleaning duties according to company standards and schedules.
  • Train and support new employees to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Ensure proper use and safe storage of products.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage keys, security codes, and access protocols.

    • Skills & Attributes :

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, vacuuming, etc.).
  • Comfortable using cleaning equipment and following cleaning protocols.
