Job Description

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of industrial vacuum systems within the HVAC industry . This role offers long-term stability and career growth , with the opportunity to train and transition into a CNC Machine Operator position within the company.

Location : Weston & Finch – North York, ON

Pay Rate : per hour (starting)

Shift : Monday to Friday | 6 : AM – 2 : PM

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent after 3-month probation

Key Responsibilities

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

Load and unload materials and finished products

Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse

Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Receive hands-on training on CNC machinery with potential for advancement

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid counterbalance forklift experience

Background in sheet metal (required)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Ability to lift up to lbs

High school diploma required
