Job description

Orah was born with a single product called Boardingware - but we’re now expanding both our product range and our team. Orah is on a mission to help schools with the evolution to Student Enablement and a data driven approach to the total well-being and development for each child.

Orah works with schools in 20 countries but we are still very much in the early days. To succeed, we require a creative, self-driven and nimble workforce.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team as we look to increase the rate of feedback for our platform and ultimately the number of sales interactions required to build a qualified and sustainable pipeline.

The ideal candidate has the ability to learn and adapt quickly at a fast pace. You will have a relentless drive to perform regardless of the number of ‘no’s’ you may initially get. You should have an interest in Software Sales and a natural ability to build connections and listen deeply to a prospect or customer’s problems.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead generation through calls, emails and account based marketing.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement Software usage
  • Working with Account Executives to strategize and create account plans
  • Demonstrating the ability to work to a sales process
  • Meeting quarterly pipeline growth goals
  • Account qualification through learning and discovery calls with prospects and clients
  • List building and cleansing

What we are looking for :

  • At least 1-2 years of SaaS based Sales Experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship building ability
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
  • Self starter that is willing to wear multiple hats
  • Driven and self learner that can succeed with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work in different timezones
  • Ideally, you would also have :

  • At least two years experience serving as an SDR in a SaaS company
  • Experience in the education space
