On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for an eTime Implementation Specialist for an 11-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Richmond Hill office or can be fully virtual.

eTime Implementation Specialist - Job Description
The project involves the implementation of the ADP Enterprise eTIME module to enhance timekeeping and payroll processes. The role includes configuring and integrating the module with existing systems, as well as providing support for data validation and user onboarding.

eTime Implementation Specialist - Responsibilities
• Assist in configuring ADP Enterprise eTIME module.
• Document business requirements and configuration decisions.
• Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules.
• Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.
• Participate in client meetings and document requirements.
• Conduct UAT & Parallel testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare training materials and support user onboarding.
• Track project milestones/deliverables and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
• Monitor project timelines and provide status updates.
• Help deliver training and post-go-live support.
• Document configuration settings, workflows, and user guides.

eTime Implementation Specialist - Mandatory Skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ADP GlobalView and eTime timekeeping concepts.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

eTime Implementation Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with other timekeeping or payroll systems.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Experience in conducting training sessions.
• Familiarity with data migration processes.

eTime Implementation Specialist – Assignment Length
This is an 11-month contract position.
