Skilled Setup Technician for Injection Molding Machines

Hiring for Injection Moulding Technicians with immediate interviews!

In this role you are working as a Process Technician for Injection Molding to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate injection molding machines according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery and being comfortable in a production environment on the shop-floor.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining ENGEL Injection Molding machines, ensuring
  • The production of high-quality plastic components. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Qualifications

  • 5 years in injection molding or a related manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic machining techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with safety circuits on machines is a plus.
  • Basic math skills are required for measuring and calculating dimensions during production tasks.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with PVC, CPVC, ABS and other types of Plastics.
