We're looking for you to join our team as an Associate, Agriculture & Commercial Banking in select locations across Manitoba & Saskatchewan.

Join CIBC’s Agriculture & Commercial Banking team and support account teams in client acquisition, relationship management, and credit processes while providing transactional support for financing solutions. This role is designed to prepare you for a rewarding career as a Relationship Manager, Agriculture & Commercial Banking, and a strategic partner to some of Canada’s leading companies. You’ll deliver tailored business solutions, expert advice, and dedicated support to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development Support : Collaborate with Relationship Managers to coordinate sales cycle activities, execute business development initiatives, and identify financing solutions to achieve growth targets.
  • Research & Evaluation : Conduct industry and client research, prepare credit analyses, and support credit structuring and documentation.
  • Client Experience : Assess client needs, propose solutions, and deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and industry insights to develop impactful financial and strategic proposals.
