Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Damage Assessment :
Inspect properties and items to assess the extent of damage.Document findings, take photographs, and create detailed damage reportsDamage Mitigation :
Take immediate actions to mitigate further damage, such as securing structures, removing water, or preventing mould growth.Set up drying and dehumidification equipment as needed.Cleaning and Restoration :
Clean and sanitize damaged areas.Remove and dispose of debris and damaged items.Customer Service :
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.Compensation and Benefits :

High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board upFocus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
