The Standardized Patient Program (SPP) at the University of Toronto is in its 40th year and continues its long history of providing simulation services to the MD Program and to other departments within Temerty Medicine and the University of Toronto. The program offers flexibility, expertise, collaboration and ability to co-create solutions by tailoring human simulation methodologies to specific client and learners needs.
As Project Manager and Simulation Lead, you will lead and manage simulation projects related to the training, skill development and assessment of learners in the MD Program and clinical departments. Your exceptional project management skills and your ability to influence through effective communication will enable our team to build and sustain working relationships with senior academic and administrative leaders, manage and execute time-sensitive project plans and direct the work of casual staff performing as standardized patients.
