Understanding of BAS (building automation systems) Good communication skills and the ability to work with others in a team environment Typical Duties : Constructing, finishing and installation of millwork Building modifications and repairs, including existing millwork Prepare project cost estimates, oversee construction project and work with consultants Maintenance of building infrastructure Painting and minor drywall repairs Minor plumbing and HVAC service and repairs as required Conduct preventative maintenance checklist and repairs Responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work load on a day to day basis Conduct work in accordance with OH&S Act and Regulations and employer policies and / or administrative procedures Moving of chairs, tables, stages and a variety of other equipment Various other maintenance duties in schools as assigned by the Manager of Operations and Maintenance, or designate For more information on this position,
