Acting as a resource person for his or her team he or she is attentive to their needs and naturally provides a caring positive presence.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Coordinate day-to-day housekeeping activities : supply equipment take inventory assign tasks to the team and inspect rooms and other designated areas.
• Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
• Train coach and motivate housekeeping team members in the performance of their duties and their development.
• Be available to help out in the event of an emergency or staff shortage.
