Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Host effective webinars and generate new customer facing content showcasing WellnessLiving’s unique value to prospective clients
- Promote effective WellnessLiving solutions towards reaching clients’ goals by understanding clients’ organizational structure and business models
- Manage a cadence for customer engagement
- Conduct ongoing client meetings to communicate best practices, successes, and data-driven results to solidify relationships and facilitate business reviews and referrals
- Provide expert knowledge of WellnessLiving’s software and tools, and advise on key features and functionalities to meet clients’ needs
- Regularly review existing WellnessLiving client data to anticipate future client needs
- Create and analyze client reports to anticipate issues and identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with the Support, Onboarding, Product, and Sales and Marketing teams to implement strategies for maximizing revenue opportunities
Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaSExperience in fast-paced, client-facing roles, building strong relationships, and identifying revenue growth opportunitiesPrevious roles as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar, with a focus on managing client relationships and driving upselling / cross-selling opportunitiesSkilled in hosting and leading webinars to demonstrate software benefitsTrack record of successful cold outreach, converting leads into clientsProficient in CRM tools, especially SalesforceAdept at customer interactions, including creating meeting agendas, preparing for meetings, and managing post-meeting documentation and follow-upsOutstanding listening and communication skills with the ability to uncover potential areas of concern and areas of opportunity and attention to detailAbility to work effectively within a team environment; communicating with several internal departments to collaboratively determine best solutions for clientsAdaptability and the ability to creatively use resources, adjusting to changes quickly and professionallyProfessional and positive team attitude and high standards of performance for self and others.Familiarity with SEO principles is preferredExperience with brand strategy and website management is preferredFormal education in Business or Sales is an assetExperience working with clients in the health and wellness industry is an advantage
