Job descriptionValid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record. 3 years of AZ driving experience. Proficiency in driving an 18-speed manual transmission. Must be able to work days & nights every weekend. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Seeking Experienced Truck Driver in Hamilton, Ontario - $28.0 / hourly
Responsibilities
- Haul biosolids and other materials safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations while on duty.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients, providing updates on delivery schedules and addressing any issues.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior drivers as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and promptly report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
