Our client is on the hunt for a savvy Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep to rock their head office! This isn’t your run-of-the-mill customer service gig.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to all clients
- Respond to all incoming calls and emails for the assigned book of business
- Manage all aspects for the assigned book of business
- Review policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts through established workflows
- Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements and follow-ups in an accurate and timely manner
- Review renewals for adequacy of coverage, including quoting and remarketing when appropriate
- Meet assigned retention targets
Key Qualifications / Attributes
- Hold a valid RIBO License
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Service Rep in an Insurance Brokerage
- Conscientious self-starter with a high level of organization
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and able to work in a paperless environment
- A team player willing and able to be part of a collaborative team in office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience working on Microsoft Office Programs
- Technically strong with PowerBroker, CompuQuote and Company Portals
- Bilingualism would be an asset
