Job Description : ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Client Care :

• Actively supervise residents in the facility and in the community as in a lawful safe and expedient manner.
• Monitor the activities of the clients and maintain availability for personal practical and moral support.
• Participate in development and implementation of case plans
• Report to Caseworker client progress changes and / or regression in the clients status.
• Complete duties reports and logs as per shift description.
• Deal with interpersonal relationships within Cuthbert House in a therapeutic manner.
• Challenge and address criminal conduct and thinking.
• Assist clients to address their criminogenic issues as required.
• Refer clients to outside resources and counseling when needed.
• Follow policies and procedures of Cuthbert House The Salvation Army and the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services.

Compensation :

The target hiring range for this position is $23.28 to $29.10 with a maximum of $34.92.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
