Leduc Co-op is hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager at our Food Store in Leduc, AB.

What you’ll do :

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of a busy Bakery Department. Duties will include :

• The hiring, coaching, and mentoring of team members.
• Baking and cake decorating.
• Packaging, ordering, merchandising, and stocking shelves.
• Make sure the bakery is clean.
• Administrative tasks such as inventory count and control, auditing of food safety and health and safety tasks.
• Reviews of financial information to improve operational efficiencies.
