With a 40-year track record of success, PI creates and delivers original innovative artwork solutions for some of North America’s largest hotels, commercial, and healthcare organizations as well as residential spaces and mass retailers.

In 2019 PI was acquired by Ardenton Capital, an investment organization that has 13 north American and UK business in their portfolio.
Ardenton operates as a collaborative partner that provides strategic advice and support to the management teams within their portfolio companies.
Looking to the future, Ardenton has made the strategic decision to recruit a growth-oriented CEO who can scale and globalize the company in a manner that drives both top and bottom-line performance.
The CEO will be given the mandate to develop and execute a strategy that broadens and streamlines the program approach with major clients making them a partner of choice.
Having the ability to identify and build relationships with large corporate hospitality, retail, and healthcare organizations and position PI as the partner that can deliver on their aesthetic / décor programs for global, national, and regional new build and renovation programs.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and leading the company through digital transformation will be an important part of the CEO’s mandate.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who values the intersection of art, design, and technology as catalysts for growth and innovation.
They will lead with a sense of urgency, creativity, and a deep commitment to the company’s mission, transforming challenges into opportunities for expansion and impact.
The new CEO must be capable of navigating the future landscape of different industries, art, and technology, ensuring the company's growth and sustained relevance in a rapidly changing world.
The position can be North American based taking into consideration that a significant amount of the first year of employment will need to be spent at the company’s headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
