CBT Therapist, Ontario Structured Therapy Program (OSP)

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program aims to increase access to publicly funded, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related approaches for Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. The program is delivered through regional psychotherapy networks as a coordinated provincial program. Each network is comprised of several organizations, including : (1) One Network Lead Organization (NLO) who provides quality and administrative oversight and support for providers in their network to implement / operate OSP, and (2) multiple Service Delivery Sites (SDS) in communities across the region who provide protocol-based CBT treatment to clients, with fidelity to the program model. Ontario Structured Psychotherapy West Region (OSP West) is jointly operated by St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and St. Joseph’s Health Care London as one NLO (Network Leader Organization).

For this position, the applicant will be employed by Homewood Health, one of the Service Delivery Sites delivering OSP. As a CBT Therapist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients in their community and Ontario West region. You\'ll provide a combination of treatment planning, clinical case coordination and direct service through both individual and group work for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and anxiety related conditions.
