We are an alternative   investment and asset management firm that primarily focuses on real estate, looking to appoint a Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest occupancy while achieving market rent values portfolio wide. .If you believe you can thrive and play a real part in the growth of the company, then this could be the next role you.

Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of a Leasing Coordinator include, but are not limited to :

• Main communication with prospects, follow up on inquiries and book showings
• Manage prospect pipeline in Yardi Voyager
• Assist prospect regarding questions with rental application
• Review rental applications and submit to Leasing Manager for final approved
• Planning and conducting  marketing events for new developments
• Preparation of residential  annual market rent analysis for Leasing Manager review and approval
• Create leasing and marketing materials
• Manage rental listing websites (Rent Café / Kijiji / Zumper)
• Conduct all Move In’s / Move Out’s with inspections
• Inspect and submit work orders for on notice units for turn over quotes
• Secret shop competitors
