Our client is a leading player in the paper products industry, expanding their operations to better serve the Eastern Canadian market. They’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their team for a 1-year temporary role, with a possibility of transitioning to permanent after the contract period.

About the Role
In this important role, you’ll support the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and operational efficiency. You’ll report to the Logistics Manager, working closely with a talented team to handle all logistics functions, from inventory control to purchasing management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor inventory levels : Track stock levels and place orders for inventory replenishment.
- Manage inventory movements : Oversee inventory movements between warehouses to ensure proper stock levels.
- Coordination with warehouse : Communicate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Replenishment & purchasing : Handle inventory ordering and management of incoming Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support with monthly cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and adjustment processes.
