309A Electrician - Construction and Maintenance

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

We are seeking enthusiastic 309A Low Voltage Construction, Maintenance and Industrial Electricians to join our Team!

Reporting to the Project Manager, we are recruiting full-time 309A Low Voltage Electricians who will have extensive experience in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Installation, Construction, and Termination of Low voltage systems in the Industrial, Commercial and Residential industries, along with an excellent understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC). As a Low voltage electrician, you will be instrumental in constructing, terminating, and ensuring the safety and dependability of critical Low voltage electrical infrastructure.

What you Offer:

• Ontario or Inter-Provincial (309A/Red Seal) Electrician Certificate of Qualification is required.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience working on Low Voltage projects in the industrial and/or commercial industries within Ontario, Canada.
• Project management skills: ability and desire to take initiative and responsibility for improvement projects and see them through to completion.
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out, Electrical Safety, Arc Flash protection is required.
• Must be able to perform rotating shift work if required. Ability to be on call if required.
• Must be able to travel for work, throughout the province of Ontario.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office tools required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid AZ/DZ driver’s license or willingness to obtain one if needed an asset.
• 2-3 professional references related to electrical projects in Ontario in the last 5 years.
