We are actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to spearhead our Marketing Department, overseeing E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams.
This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location.
Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, adept at empowering teams, fostering innovation, and driving comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and capitalize on business development opportunities.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts across our four distinctive brands - Fluance, Nyrius, Electrohome, and Magnasonic.

Our hours of operation are 8 : 15am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership Lead and mentor the Marketing Department, providing strategic direction to E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams Empower the team towards achieving corporate objectives, departmental goals, and personal goals by sharing “the why” and the needs of the business Drive the development of annual department objectives, ensuring alignment with team KPIs Brainstorm new and creative growth and optimization strategies with the team Develop and manage annual department budgets Train and develop a successful team by identifying any skill gaps within the department Develop individual performance goals, conduct monthly one-on-one feedback sessions, and complete annual performance reviews to ensure alignment with corporate objectives Overall Marketing Strategy Oversee key goals, including sales and brand marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision-making in marketing Drive the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for our diverse brand portfolio, including Fluance, Nyrius, Electrohome, and Magnasonic Become the subject matter expert of our brands, guiding brand and strategy alignment, and overseeing the development of visual and written content across all marketing channels Support the execution of established marketing strategies, helping to scale and align brand initiatives with the planned business direction Establish and implement processes to align responsibilities and strategies across E-Commerce, Design, and Brand Marketing Take charge of critical events, such as Black Friday, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams Oversee the creation and approval of all marketing content, managing relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, and monitoring the progress of e-commerce strategies Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality deliverables Work closely with the Research & Development Team on product launch marketing efforts Track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives, to maximize online visibility and revenue Formulate and execute strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google ranking Utilize SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and encourage word of mouth traffic Implement personalized marketing approaches to cater to the diverse needs of our online customer base Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Implement data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall e-commerce performance Other Undertake related duties as assigned to achieve the objectives and company goals Qualifications : College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Seven (7) years of experience in digital brand management, leading social media, PR, and content Five (5) years of leadership experience Proficiency in SEO and E-Commerce Experience with Email Marketing, and Google Analytics is desired Intermediate experience using social media analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) desired Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent organization and time management skills Analytical and highly motivated self-starter Detail oriented problem solver Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment You Will Stand Out If : You have experience working with consumer goods What We Offer Our expected compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
The salary you may receive will be determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications you bring to the position, as well as how they align with the responsibilities and scope of the Marketing Manager role.
