JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Manager at MECATHERM, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of MECATHERM’s advanced equipment and solutions for clients across the food and bakery industries. Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution :
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet established objectives and client expectations.
- Team Coordination :
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to address challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
- Client Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Address client concerns and ensure that project deliverables meet their requirements and specifications.
- Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Budget and Resource Management :
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and kept within the agreed-upon limits.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands while optimizing costs. Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
