What Youll Do Here:

• Define and lead the quality strategy for the entire public transit project ensuring alignment with project objectives regulatory expectations and best industry practices.
• Implement maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO standards internal processes documentation audits) dedicated to this project.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory contractual and normative requirements applicable to the public transit infrastructure all internal and external audits related to the project and oversee the development execution and followup of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Act as the quality subjectmatter expert for the projects senior leadership team engineering construction and external stakeholders.
• Promote and embed a strong quality culture across all work packages focusing on prevention operational excellence and continuous mentor and mobilize the multidisciplinary quality team assigned to the project.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators specific to the project and provide strategic recommendations to leadership to support decisionmaking.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in quality management within complex environments (construction infrastructure engineering major projects)
• Proven experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)
• Experience working on large-scale multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong strategic thinking analytical and decision-making skills
• Recognized leadership strong influence and credibility with executive-level stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
