The Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end delivery leadership for a complex system replacement initiative coordinating multiple vendors and internal technical teams managing system integrations and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining service continuity.

This is a highly strategic delivery role requiring deep experience in IT project execution technical coordination and engineering informed decision making within complex regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of the Locate Ticketing System modernization initiative.
• Provide end to end project leadership across all phases of delivery from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams solution architects vendors and business stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrations with CRM mapping platforms telephony and related digital services.
• Manage project schedules dependencies risks issues and budgets.
• Lead testing user acceptance cutover planning and go live readiness activities.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with approved scope timelines and funding commitments.
• Provide regular status reporting risk escalation and decision support to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support change management communication planning and stakeholder engagement activities.
