Warranty Administrator

Base pay range : CA$55,000 – CA$75,000 per year.

Position Overview : The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing warranty claims, processing them in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring all warranty-related activities comply with manufacturer and dealership policies. The role requires close collaboration with service department staff, customers, and manufacturers to document, submit, and settle warranty repairs and claims.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management.
• Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits.
