We are looking for a Back End Python Developer to help build RPAprograms for our clients.This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Software and can beremote anywhere in Canada.

Key AccountabilitiesBuild, maintain, and expand Robotic Process Automation (RPA) offeringsfor our clientsWork on third party integrationsCollaborate, support and share expertise with other team members.

Take appropriate technical actions to ensure satisfaction and timelyresolutionEnsure that all work is carried out and documented following existingstandards, methods and proceduresDevelop and maintain essential technical documentationWork with stakeholders to identify requirements and attributes for B2BapplicationsDevelop and design application architecture and database infrastructure forB2B applicationsDevelop and implement interfaces to connect applications to internal andexternal data sources, including import and export functionsTake appropriate technical actions to ensure satisfaction and timelyresolutionProvide progress updates consistently to various stakeholdersUtilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout theproject lifecyclesIdentify trends and patterns in application issues or monitoring alerts toshape recommendations for platform updates and processesEnsure that all work is carried out and documented following existingstandards, methods and proceduresBuild educational, support and training materials, as required, forsolutions proposed and implementedResearch and plan mitigation steps for security vulnerabilities and knownissues in application platformsAssist TLC Solutions to continue to develop as an innovative IT consultingand management companyProvide exceptional customer service to all current and prospectiveclientsContinuous self-improvement through workshops, certifications, or jobshadowsKey Qualifications & Experience Consideration for the role is subject to the following qualificationsor experience : Minimum 3 years in an application development position or equivalentexperience in supporting and maintaining codebases in businessenvironments.
