Isidore Landscapes operates a primary agricultural business specializing in the production of cut flowers and ornamental plants in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our farm includes a greenhouse and outdoor floriculture production.

Farm Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Farm Supervisor to support our expanding floriculture and nursery operations. This role is responsible for supervising daily farm activities, coordinating workers, and ensuring proper crop growth, quality control, and farm safety procedures are followed.

This is a hands-on supervisory position in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Candidates in this role are expected to :

• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Have a post-secondary education in horticulture or equivalent experience
• Have 12 years of experience in horticulture, gardening, or farm work
• Be physically capable of performing farm-related tasks
• Be able to communicate orally and in writing in English
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Follow farm safety and bio-security procedures
• Work on-site in a rural agricultural setting
