Bio-Techne Assembler

Adecco is currently seeking a Bio-Techne Assembler to join our client's team in Etobicoke, ON. This temporary to possibly permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour plus shift premium. As part of the team, you will perform critical assembly and testing tasks while ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of your work. Pay rate : $20 / hour plus $3 shift premium.

Location : Etobicoke, ON

Shifts : Monday-Friday 3 : 30pm-12 : 00am

Job type : Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities :

Visually inspect, assemble, and test cartridges or sub-assemblies using approved assembly procedures.

Follow work instructions and document all production information as required.

Use a computer to perform tests, download data, and record test results.

Utilize a microscope for extended periods of time to conduct detailed inspections.

Use and maintain hand tools and various types of equipment to assemble and test cartridges.

Maintain good hand-eye coordination and steady hands for delicate component assembly.

Comply with gowning protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously

Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with Gas Chromatography (GC) Columns or microfluidics assembly (an asset)

Experience in Electronic or Medical device assembly is a plus
